Three Pats in NHL Central Scouting Mid Term Rankings

Regina, Saskatchewan – The NHL’s Central Scouting Mid-Season rankings were released today and three members of the Regina Pats have cracked the list among North American skaters.
Chandler Stephenson is the 36th ranked skater in North America. The second year Pat forward is currently fourth on the team in scoring even though he has missed the last eight games due to a lower body injury.
Dominik Volek is the 95th ranked skater in North America. The WHL rookie is sixth on the Pats in scoring and is also second on the team in game winning goals with four.
Jack Rodewald wasn’t among the players ranked in the preliminary rankings to begin the season, but has crept into the North American rankings at 208th.
The National Hockey League Entry Draft is set for June 22nd and 23rd, 2012 in Pittsburgh.

The Regina Pats would also like to announce that 17 year old defenceman, Landon Peel has been reassigned to the Swan Valley Stampeders of the MJHL and 18 year old defenceman, Nathan Zimbaluk has been reassigned to the Melfort Mustangs of the SJHL.
