Pats Recall Connor Gay

Regina, Saskatchewan – The Regina Pats have recalled forward Connor Gay from the Kindersley Klippers of the SJHL.

Gay (’95) skated with the Pats in three pre-season games this year, scoring in Regina’s first contest against Brandon.

With Kindersley in the Junior-A ranks, Gay is off to a strong start in his rookie SJHL season.  With 19 points (8G, 11A) in 23 games for the Klippers, Gay sits third on the SJHL’s rookie scoring list.

A Pats listed player, the Saskatoon product showed scoring touch in Midget AAA, scoring 32 goals and adding 31 assists in 43 games for the Saskatoon Blazers last season.

The Pats return to game action Friday night on the road in Prince Albert in a game that can be heard on 620 CKRM with the Pre-Game Show starting at 6:35 p.m.  Their next home game is December 1st at 7:00 p.m. against the Spokane Chiefs.  Individual Tickets are available through or calling 543-7800.  For more information on Group Tickets, call the Pats Office at 522-PATS.
