Pats Englot, Mitchell and Walker to miss time

The Regina Pats Hockey Club has announced that defencemen Makai Mitchell and Kyle Walker as well as forward Drew Englot will miss time with injury.

Englot was diagnosed with appendicitis on Monday and has had successful surgery. He is recovering in hospital and is expected to miss 2-4 weeks.

Mitchell suffered broken bones in his face on Sunday in Everett in an altercation late in the game. The Silvertips were fined $500 for the incident and Dawson Butt was given a suspension by the WHL, the length of the suspension has yet to be determined. Mitchell is expected to miss 6-8 weeks.
