Former Pats forward Dryden Hunt signs in the desert

 

Former Pats forward Dryden Hunt has signed a one-year deal with the NHL’s Arizona Coyotes.

Hunt was originally a listed prospect of the Pats and made the club at 16. He put up 40 goals and 57 assists in 163 games in Regina before he was traded to Medicine Hat.

The product of Nelson, BC signed a free-agent deal with the Florida Panthers in March of 2016. He has gone on to play in 63 NHL games, scoring three goals and 15 points. Hunt has also appeared in 214 AHL games, scoring 72 goals and 78 assists for 150 points.
