Regina, Sask. — A total of 23 current and former Regina Pats are competing in 2021-22 NHL training camps.

The Seattle Kraken — the newest NHL franchise — along with the Anaheim Ducks and New York Rangers lead the way with three Pats each.

A total of 343 players have gone through the Western Hockey League, while 981 come from the CHL as a whole.

The 2021-22 NHL season opens October 12.
