RECAP: Connor Hobbs Late Goal Gives Pats 6th Straight Win

Connor Hobbs scored with 24 seconds left to give the Pats a sixth straight win, 4-3 over the Moose Jaw Warriors at the Brandt Centre on Wednesday night. The Pats took 1-0, 2-1 and 3-2 leads in the game but each time the Warriors found a way to tie it up. But in the final minute, Sam Steel won an offensive zone faceoff and Connor Hobbs hammered home his 21st goal of the season from the blue line to give the Pats the 4-3 win. Austin Wagner led the Pats offence with a goal and and two assists while Robbie Holmes had a goal and a helper. Tyler Brown made 30 saves for his 22nd win in goal and the Pats improved to 35-6-6-1. The Pats return to action on Friday in Saskatoon against the Blades at 7 p.m. on 620 CKRM.
