Pats de Wit enjoying pre-season success

Regina Pats forward Jeff de Wit has produced at a high level so far in the 2017 pre-season.

The 19-year-old has scored six goals and has an assist in three games. de Wit scored a hattrick in his first game against Saskatoon, scored twice in Brandon last Friday and followed that up with a goal and an assist at home to the Wheat Kings on Saturday.

Both de Wit and Head Coach and GM John Paddock met with the media on Wednesday to talk about his early success.

The Pats continue the pre-season on Friday at home to the Prince Albert Raiders at 7 p.m. at the Brandt Centre.
